My top three lip balms for winter

I’m pretty sure we all hate chapped, dry lips. Gosh, I love winter but I DON’T love that nasty cracked feeling I get on my lips. So of course that means that I am doing a post on my favorite lip balms for keeping those lips nice and moisturized :)
My top three (these are in no order btw)

1. EOS lip balm

this gets a thumbs up for packaging. I mean, come on, how can you not love this? It’s freakin’ adorable! Ugh, I am of course a sucker for anything that looks cute. ANYwho, this lipbalm is more of a thicker consistency and keeps your lips super moisturized and all that jazz. I love it for winter, and basically any other time of the year when my lips are chapped and gross. My only issue with it is that it doesn't keep them moisturized for too long. It can feel a bit greasy and thick on your lips at times, but hey, it’s lipbalm, so its not that big of a deal.

They are also organic :)

Where you can buy it:  eos website, target, CVS

2. Softlips lip conditioner

I have to say, I like this a tad more than my eos although many people on the internet seem to disagree with me. It’s a thinner, more watery consistency, which I like. It makes my lips feel a bit more hydrated and way smoother. The actual tube of lip balm is thinner, which many people complain about, but I’m fine with it. It’s certainly easier than rolling a spherical ball of chapstick onto your lips, like the eos lip balms. It also stays on your lips longer than the eos, instead of just sinking into your lips and disappearing within a few moments. I know its just lib balm, but we do want our lips to say moisturized a little while don’t we?
Softlips also has waaay more flavors than eos. My favorite is vanilla. They also have lip glosses, tinted lip balms, and a lip scrub, but we’re just talking about the lip conditioner for now.

Also, they are organic and have spf as well.

Price: $4.30 for a pack of two and around $3 for the individual
Where you can buy it: walmart, target, softlips website, cvs

3. Co bilegow rose salve

Ok so this next one isn’t really a lip balm and it doesn’t even have to be used just on your lips. It’s a rose salv type thing, and you can basically put it anywhere that feels dry: lips, elbows, hands, knees, cuticles, and even face. Although I probably would recommend that because it would probably just be a big greasy and oily mess on your face. But that’s just me.  It smells really great, first of all. And what I like about it is that it moisturizes/heals your lips but also have an effect of a shiny sheer lip gloss. When its on your lips, it feels like they are being healed. It's really great and useful.
